Alyana “Aly” Karley Lerma Gerken age 3, died Wednesday evening, January 2, 2013 in her New Albany home.
She was a little girl with a big legacy… She was born September 25, 2009 to Kara Nicole Gerken and Presiliano “Justin” Lerma III in Toledo. She was baptized in the Christian faith on December 15, 2009. She is survived by her great grandparents; grandparents, David and Kim Gerken, Scott and Jean Knepley, Presiliano Lerma Jr. and Judith Urbina.
Friends and family will be received in the Zachrich Funeral Home, 114 William Street, Holgate on Saturday, January 5, 2013 from 11:00 am until her service. The Celebration of Aly’s life will be at 1:00 pm with Reverend Ed Briggeman officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Cemetery, Napoleon. Contributions made in Aly’s memory can be made to 1p36DSA, Make-A-Wish Foundation and Toledo Childrens Hospital.
