Darrell Lynn Wulff

Darrell Lynn Wulff age 87, of Napoleon, died Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at Promedica Toledo Hospital, Toledo.

His Legacy… Darrell was born September 20, 1936 to Arthur and Doris (Myers) Wulff in Napoleon. In 1955 he graduated from Malinta Grelton High School. On May 3, 1958 he married Carolyn Knipp. He was a welder most of his adult life, most recently employed by Gilson Screen, Malinta. Darrell served with the Ohio National Guard and was a member of the Malinta American Legion post 400. Darrell was a member of Peace Reform Church, Napoleon and served as an elder. Darrell volunteered in his community as an EMT and fire chief for the Monroe Township Fire Department.

 His Family… He is survived by his wife Carolyn; children: Sherrie (Regan) Williams, Deshler, Terry (Deb) Wulff, Malinta and Craig (Becky) Wulff, Weston; 11 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and siblings: Gwen Piercefield, Oak Harbor, Jane Roberts, Colorado Springs and Anita (Ken) McCabe, Hollywood, FL.  Preceded in death by a son in law Kent Harris.

 His Farewell Services… Friends will be received in the Zachrich Family Funeral Home of Holgate on Wednesday, August 14 from 2-5:00 and 6-8:00 pm and one hour before the service at church. The celebration of Darrell’s life will be Thursday, August 15 in Peace Reformed Church, Napoleon at 11:00 am with Pastor Steve Altman officiating. Burial will follow in Grelton Cemetery with military honors.
