Janet Lou Tilse, 68, of Holgate died Sunday night, November 20, 2011 at Defiance Area Inpatient Hospice Center.
Her Legacy… She was born March 24, 1943 to Thomas and Mildred (Fruth) Waisner in Napoleon. Janet graduated from Holgate High School in 1961. On February 9, 1963, she married Delmar Tilse. She was a member of St. John United Church of Christ, Holgate and was a co-owner of Holgate Lumber Company.
Her Family… She is survived by her loving husband; son, Brian, Napoleon; and brothers, James (Suzanne) Waisner, Holgate and Jerry (Joan) Waisner, FL. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Her Farewell Services… Friends will be received in the Zachrich Funeral Home, Holgate on Friday, November 25 from 2-8 pm. Her funeral will be private. Burial will be in St. John UCC Cemetery, Holgate. Contributions can be made in Janet's honor to St. John UCC Cemetery Fund or Defiance Area Inpatient Hospice Center.
