Marilyn Joyce (Rutter) Henry

Marilyn Joyce Henry age 88, of Deshler, died late Monday, August 22, 2022 at the Meadows of Leipsic.

She was born July 6, 1934 to Theodore and Beatrice (Spears) Rutter in Bowling Green. Marilyn graduated from Deshler High School in 1952.   In 1953 she married John William Henry.  He died in 1986.  She was a homemaker and formerly employed by Kaufman/IMCO of Deshler where she was an egg Candler for 10 years.  She was a member of the State of Ohio Brick Club and the Hill and Dale camping club.

She is survived by children: Deb (Richard) Berger, Continental and Darrell Henry, Leipsic and a sister Barbara (Terry) Shelley, Findlay.  Marilyn was preceded in death by her husband and brother Jerry Rutter.

Graveside services are in Weston Cemetery with Pastor David Welker officiating on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at 1:00 pm.  Memorial contributions can be made to Deshler EMS or the Henry County Humane Society.
