Pauline C. Trietch age 91, of Holgate, died Sunday night, September 29, 2013 at the Lutheran Home of Napoleon.
Her Legacy… She was born December 10, 1921 to Arthur and Elnora (Noriot) Winnow. Pauline graduated from Palmer Rural High School (Miller City). On July 3, 1946 she married Ray W. Trietch in Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She was a homemaker as well as her and Ray owning Ray’s Service Center in Holgate. She was a member of the Rosary Altar Society and a life member of the American Legion Auxiliary since 1947.
Her Family… She is survived by her loving children, David (Brenda) Trietch, Liberty Center, Debra (Eldon) Bostelman, Defiance, Denise (Mark) Johnston, Napoleon and daughter-in-law, Vicki Trietsch, Olney, MD, 14 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, a sister Rita (Norbert) Steffan, Ottawa and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Ray on March 14, 2009, her son Dennis on February 12, 2008 and a sister Ruth Rothman.
Her Farewell Services… Friends will be received in the Zachrich Funeral Home, Holgate on Wednesday, October 2, 2013 from 2-8 pm with the Rosary Service at 7:30 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Thursday at 10:30 am in St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Holgate with Father Nick Cunningham officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Contributions can be made in Pauline’s memory to Lutheran Home, Napoleon, Hospice of Henry County or St. Mary’s Catholic Church.
