William Dana Brown, age 76, of Findlay, died Monday afternoon, February 5, 2024, at Bridge Hospice, Findlay.
His Legacy: He was born August 8,1947 the son of Milton and Barbara (Lincoln) Brown, Cincinnati. He graduated from Walnut Hills High School, Cincinnati and Miami University, Oxford, OH. Bill served 6 years in the National Guard. His career was in sales and sales management including the position of National Sales Training Manager of Johnson and Johnson Baby Products. On February 17, 1989, he married Diann Ellen Fuhrhop Geiser. Bill enjoyed refereeing softball and volleyball, as well as substitute teaching. He was a member of Shawnee United Methodist Church, Lima, American Legion Post #262, Hamler, St. Stephen Church choir, Hamler and The Joyful Noise praise team at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in Bowling Green. He enjoyed music and sports and was an avid Buckeyes, Bears, Cubs and Patrick Henry Patriots fan.
His family: Bill is survived by his wife Diann, Findlay; son Eric S. (Angela) Brown, Los Altos, CA; stepson Jayson (Jessica) Geiser, Findlay, OH; step-daughter Stacy Fuhrhop, Defiance, OH; grandchildren Ryan, Garrett and Drew Brown; Bria and Lucas Geiser; CJ, Shawn and Emma Flanary, as well as sisters Edith Horney and Ellen Brown, both of Naples, FL. He was preceded in death by his parents, step-father and his daughter Carrie E. (Kevin) DeBolt, Warrenville, IL.
