Zachary Waisner

Zachary Charles Waisner age 30, of Napoleon died unexpectantly at Mercy Defiance Hospital on Friday, March 25, 2022.

His Legacy… He was born December 26, 1991 to Tim and Amy (Schwartzengraber) Waisner in Defiance.  He graduated from Holgate High School/Four County in 2010.  Zach was a welder working for Nelson’s in Ottawa and most recently Bil-Jax in Archbold.  He enjoyed working on his truck and river fishing.  Snowmobiling was a livelihood!

His Family… He is survived by his parents, Tim and Amy: daughter, MacKenna Rose Waisner Medina, Wauseon; siblings: Benjamin Waisner, Holgate and Jessica (Cody Whiteside) Waisner, Connersville, IN, a niece, Charlotte Whiteside, Connersville, IN and grandparents Jerry and Joan Waisner.  He was preceded in death by grandparents Charlie and Susie Schwartzengraber.

His Farewell Services… Friends will be received in the Zachrich Family Funeral Home, 114 William Street, Holgate on Thursday from 4-7:00 pm.  The Celebration of Zachary’s Life will be on Friday, April 1, 2022 at St. John United Church of Christ at 11:00 am with Reverend David Voll officiating.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the donor’s choice.
